XQTING always looks for a solution that suits your needs in the best way. We start with a white sheet and work towards a solution based on existing and available tools or by developing own software. Below you find a selection of tools that were part in one of our projects.
XQTING mainly works with Microsoft Development Tools. It has extensive experience in .NET development (including (ASP) .NET core / standard). Other development languages and environments however are also supported. Depending on customers' preferences, we build on-premise solutions or cloud based applications based on Microsoft Azure. Integrations with Office 365 can be provided. Or a solution is developed based on O365, if you already acquired the necessary licenses. We have a front-end team that mainly works with Angular and that can use HTML / CSS frameworks to deliver the perfect UX for every solution.
XQTING is mainly specialized in delivering complex, scalable and robust applications / integrations that are often a combination of REST APIs and actor based back-end services.

Enghouse Interactive delivers contact center solutions, self service applications (IVR) and quality management systems.

  • Voxtron Communication Center (VCC) is an omnichannel contact center solution for Enterprise business. It offers skill, agent and time-based routing based on the universal queue principle. The entire administration is done via a web interface. VCC comes standard with extensive real time monitoring and historical reports. Through the various SDKs, VCC can easily be integrated with (standard or in-house developed) ERP and / or CRM systems.
  • Enghouse Interactive Communication Center (EICC) is the contact center solution for the small to medium sized company. It is highly integrated and therefore only available on Avaya, Cisco, NEC PBXs and Microsoft Skype for Business. The intuitive management tool guarantees quick configuration and deployment. EICC also includes an operator console for each of the supported PBXs.
  • MS (Quality Monitoring Suite) is a software that supports agent score carding and evaluation in addition to IP call and screen recording. QMS is PCI compliant; it therefore meets strict requirements in terms of security and confidentiality. QMS is compatible with Avaya, Cisco, SfB, NEC, Mitel, Shoretel and Innovaphone.

Splitvice is an advanced, cloud-based project management tool for directors, project managers and project staff. It is designed for organizations that have multiple projects active at the same time. Splitvice provides portfolio management, project planning, assignment of tasks and follow-up of the resulting work assignments. The tool detects conflicts in allocating resources and allows them to get resolved before they actually occur. If the budget changes, the simulation tool can calculate new timings. What is the effect if one or more projects are postponed or accepted? With Splitvice it is no longer an impossible task to find out.
